Your choice of one share entree to start,

 followed by your choice of  two mains which will be placed alternately for your guests, followed a dessert.

All choices need to be made prior the event date.

 finished with freshly shaved aged pecorino

 

Gnocchi alla carrettiera    

Potato gnocchi with a garlic, tomato, pancetta, white wine and 

pine nut sugo topped with shaved pecorino cheese

 

                 Risotto rosso autunno (GF, V)    

Traditional carnaroli risotto with beetroot, taleggio sauce and walnuts.
